A driver app that shows the route and takes the photos — nothing else
Your drivers get their own login with exactly what they need: their assigned loads, a stop-by-stop route with one-tap navigation, and the right photo buttons at every stop. Your rates, invoices, and rate cons never appear on their screen.
The problem with sharing your login
When drivers text photos to the office, someone re-uploads and re-files every one — and things get lost. When they share the owner's login instead, they see everything: rates, broker terms, the whole business. Neither is right. CabCommand gives each driver their own account, connected to your fleet but walled off from your money.
The wall is structural, not cosmetic: the server sends driver logins only an approved list of load fields. Pay, rates, broker contacts, and rate confirmations are never transmitted to a driver session — a guarantee enforced by automated tests on every release.
One screen a driver actually uses
A driver opens the app and sees their load as a numbered stop list that matches the map: pickup, every intermediate stop, delivery — each with its appointment window, a Go button that opens turn-by-turn navigation to the exact address, and the photo buttons that stop needs. Pickup photo at origin, drop-off and reload photos at each stop, delivery photo and signed BOL at the end.
Every photo lands on the right load in your account instantly, stamped with the driver's name. When the last pickup and delivery photo is in, the load marks itself delivered — no check-call required. A completed stop's number turns into a green check, so what's left to do is always obvious.
Onboarding a driver takes one text
From your Drivers page, tap App next to a driver and text them the one-time link. They set a password and they're in — no plan, no billing, riding your subscription. The link dies after it's used, and you can see in each load's history exactly who uploaded what.
If your operation is owner-operators driving their own trucks, nothing changes: owners log in as owners and see the whole business, same as always. The driver app exists for the fleets where drivers and owners are different people.
Frequently asked questions
What can a driver see in the app?
Their assigned loads only: route with stops, dates and appointment windows, freight details, special instructions, and photo upload buttons. Never rates, invoices, broker contacts, or rate cons.
Do driver accounts cost extra?
No — driver logins ride the fleet's subscription. Plans are priced by trucks, not by driver seats.
How does a driver get access?
The owner taps App next to the driver's name and texts them a one-time invite link. The driver sets a password and lands in the app; the link stops working after it's used.
Does it do navigation?
Every stop has a Go button that opens turn-by-turn directions to the exact address from the rate con (or the city when no street address is printed).
Is it in Spanish?
Yes — the driver app, like the rest of CabCommand, runs fully in English and Spanish.
