Per-load paper, complete by design

Every load shows its document slots — rate con, pickup photos, delivery photos, signed BOL — including per-stop slots on multi-stop trips and per-trailer slots on multi-unit loads. You can see at a glance which load is one photo away from a complete invoice packet, and when the last pickup and delivery photo lands, the load marks itself delivered.

Drivers fill the same slots from the driver app — the photo taken at the dock lands on the right load under the right slot, stamped with who uploaded it.

Expiration alerts that respect your attention

COIs, medical cards, registrations, and permits get renewal alerts at sensible lead times, once — not a daily nag. Regulatory dates like UCR and Form 2290 ride the same calendar. The goal is zero surprise renewals and zero alert fatigue.
